The netball programme will consist of 4 separate sessions of activity each day. During the course several aspects of netball will be covered including *passing *footwork *spacial awareness *attacking/defending *tactical game play *drills and session to improve SAQ *relevant warm-up techniques *nutrition The course is aimed to improve all skills associated with Netball. We believe that children enjoy and learn best with a "learn through game play" principle. Players will benefit from knowledge of the game and previous experience of playing Netball.
